About
Hi, I'm Ashley Lester
Boston Red Sox, Bruins, and Buffalo Bills enthusiast, and a Diet Coke lover. A current college student at Dean College, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sports Broadcasting with a minor in marketing, and a Media and Production intern with 98.5 the Sports Hub for the Fall of 2026. I am currently gaining experience with reporting local, national and sports stories in a timely manner, while also gaining skills in videography, photography and digital marketing. My passion is to work in sports radio, and showcase the emotions within photography. One of my proudest career moments so far was becoming a director for Dean College News and Sports for the Spring 2026 semester.
My Why. I want to be able to not only have fun with my job and career, but to also show the younger generation of girls that women do belong in sports, and that if you put your mind to it, you can achieve whatever you want.
If you can't find me, I'm either on the field playing for Dean College Softball, or at TD Garden.
From the Softball field to the Radio station, I strive to bring the same energy, authenticity, and passion.
As a current student-athlete at Dean College, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Sports Broadcasting, while also minoring in Marketing. I am a part of the Dean College Softball team, and as of January 2026, I will be a director for the Dean College News and Sports radio program. I am gaining hands-on experience by reporting local, national, and sports stories on air in a timely manner, and gaining experience behind the camera as well.
